SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How does shipping work?

We all want our products to be delivered ASAP, especially coffee! And we get that! So we partner with the best shipping companies in the country to deliver our orders fast and safely. Your order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of your order (except Friday, Saturday and Sunday, since we ship all of them on Monday). All orders are sent fully tracked using Australia Post eParcel and various other couriers depending on location.

Australia Post and the couriers we use deliver parcels Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm. Once your order is despatched, an email and/or text message with a link to track your order.

For coffee packs and small items, we charge a flat rate of AU$ 8.90.

You should receive your product within 2 to 8 days from the order date.
